Ingredients for Chicken Pot pie
2 prepared pie crusts (store-bought or make your own with my easy egg-free recipe)
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup flour
Salt/pepper to taste
Vegetables- I roasted carrots, celery and potatoes
Directions for Chicken Pot Pie
Preheat Oven 425 degrees F
Melt butter, add flour, salt & pepper.
Mix until smooth
Slowly pour chicken broth and milk
Stir until thickens
Add cooked chicken and roasted veggies
Pour into pie crust
Bake for 20-25 minutes
Let set for 15 minutes before cutting
