Chicken Pot Pie
Ingredients for Chicken Pot pie

2 prepared pie crusts (store-bought or make your own with my easy egg-free recipe)

1 cup milk

1/4 cup butter

1/3 cup flour

Salt/pepper to taste

Vegetables- I roasted carrots, celery and potatoes





Directions for Chicken Pot Pie

  1. Preheat Oven 425 degrees F

  2. Melt butter, add flour, salt & pepper.

  3. Mix until smooth

  4. Slowly pour chicken broth and milk

  5. Stir until thickens

  6. Add cooked chicken and roasted veggies

  7. Pour into pie crust

  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes

  9. Let set for 15 minutes before cutting

  10. Enjoy this delicious Chicken Pot Pie
